The Deep Sea Conservation Coalition (DSCC) was created in 2004 in response to the issue of bottom trawling on the high seas. The Coalition is made up of scientists, NGOs, intergovernmental organizations and numerous governments. Groundwork was contracted to develop a series of maps for the Deep Sea Conservation Coalition.
